Senior Staff Specialist, Reporting in SCM

What we expect

Lead the development and execution of the SCM reporting and systems roadmap in close collaboration with stakeholders and IT.
Design and implement data management concepts and a globally aligned reporting landscape.
Translate business reporting needs into technical specifications and work with IT to deliver effective solutions.
Manage and sustain existing SCM reports, including change management processes and access control (authorization concepts).
Evaluate and implement next generation reporting technologies and platforms.
Develop scalable, automated interfaces and integration models for SCM reporting tools
Establish and monitor data quality standards for SCM reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Who we are looking for

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in reporting systems and data management, ideally within a supply chain context.
Solid knowledge of data architecture tools such as SAP BI/BW, Snowflake, SQL, or equivalent systems.
Proven expertise in reporting tools such as Power BI, Analysis for Office, or similar platforms.
Strong ability to define project scope, requirements, and manage IT implementation projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong conceptual and analytical mindset.

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. In the application form, you only have to fill out a few fields and can upload important documents such as cover letter, resume or certificates. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as your application has been successfully saved in our applicant portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
