Senior Specialist, SAP Business Analyst (SCM)

What we expect

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to planning, procurement, make2stock, sales, and distribution.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP MM and SD modules.
Support the design and implementation of SAP solutions that align with business goals.
Collaborate with IT or SAP consultants and developers to ensure accurate system configuration and integration.
Assist in testing, training, and deployment of SAP enhancements and projects. Maintain documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides
Monitor and troubleshoot SAP MM/SD issues and provide timely resolutions.

Who we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
SAP knowledge is a must
3–5 years of experience as a Snr SC Specialist with a focus on SAP MM and SD.
Experience in MES (PROMIS) integration is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and order-to-cash processes

Step 1

Step 2

Online application

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. In the application form, you only have to fill out a few fields and can upload important documents such as cover letter, resume or certificates. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as your application has been successfully saved in our applicant portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Step 3

Phone interview

If your profile is suitable for the advertised position, we will invite you to a telephone interview.

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
