Senior Specialist, SCM Reporting & Integration

What we expect

Act as the functional owner of the interface between PROMIS and SAP, ensuring stable data exchange (e.g., production confirmations, batch data).
Support continuous improvement initiatives to minimize system errors and streamline integration logic together with IT
Monitor interface performance using real-time tools; create automated alerts and escalation paths for critical failures.
Manage incident tracking, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for interface issues in collaboration with IT and MES teams.
Own the development and maintenance of SCM reports, dashboards, and KPIs using tools like Power BI, Analysis for Office, and SAP BW.
Translate business needs into scalable and automated reporting solutions in alignment with IT and business stakeholders.
Develop scalable, automated interfaces and integration models for SCM reporting tools
Maintain and evolve the reporting landscape, ensuring end-user access, version control, and performance optimization.

Who we are looking for

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in SCM reporting, MES/SAP integration, or manufacturing data systems.
Hands-on experience with MES (e.g., PROMIS) and SAP (PP/MM/WM) modules and data flows.
Proven track record of interface monitoring, troubleshooting, and sustaining operations.
Strong skills in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, SAP BW, SQL, or Analysis for Office.
Proven expertise in reporting tools such as Power BI, Analysis for Office, or similar platforms.
Strong ability to define project scope, requirements, and manage IT implementation projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong conceptual and analytical mindset.
Experience working in international, cross-functional teams.
Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving consensus-based decisions.
Effective communicator, both written and verbal.

Step 1

Step 2

Online application

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. In the application form, you only have to fill out a few fields and can upload important documents such as cover letter, resume or certificates. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as your application has been successfully saved in our applicant portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Step 3

Phone interview

If your profile is suitable for the advertised position, we will invite you to a telephone interview.

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
