What we expect

Ensure all equipment under the Test Floor operates efficiently, maintaining high Test and Vision Yields.
Perform setup and buy-off of equipment prior to endorsement to production.
Troubleshoot and repair test equipment within the Test Maintenance Department.
Support upgrades and conversions for Test and Tape & Reel equipment, particularly on SRM handlers.
Demonstrate knowledge and hands-on experience with Test, Tape & Reel equipment, preferably SRM models.
Provide regular shift reports detailing daily activities, equipment downtimes, and corrective actions taken.
Drive improvements in MUBA and UPH metrics for Test and Tape & Reel equipment.
Prepare one-page reports for major downtime incidents, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, NPI, and other departments requiring maintenance support for Test, Tape & Reel equipment.
Interpret and understand technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Who we are looking for

Graduate of Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical course.
Willing to work in 12 hours rotating day / night shifts on a monthly schedule.

Step 1

Step 2

Online application

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Phone interview

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
