What we expect

Provide analysis and disposition for Test Program release, maverick / out-of-spec material and QA Buyoff failures
Drive internal and external Process and Test Quality Issues via 8D, FMEA CP, OCAP executions
Drive Quality Cost Initiative Program and Continuous Improvement projects.
Ensure quality of Packaging Supplier and OSAT (assembly) related issues via 8D reports and VDA 6.3 audits
Drive and conduct activities relevant to PPCM, PCRB, MSA and DOE
Ensure Quality on NPI products and support NPI activities (e.g Test Program/Vision Qualification review and approval)

Who we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or any equivalent field.
A minimum of 8 years of working experience in the Semiconductor or Electronics industry.
At least 5 years of experience in Process and Test Quality.

Step 1

Step 2

Online application

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. In the application form, you only have to fill out a few fields and can upload important documents such as cover letter, resume or certificates. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as your application has been successfully saved in our applicant portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Step 3

Phone interview

If your profile is suitable for the advertised position, we will invite you to a telephone interview.

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
