What we expect

Act as product and system expert targeting integrated sensor products with focus on position, capacitive and current sensing.
Responsible for product related collaterals like evaluation kits, manuals, application notes, demonstrators.
Close interaction with several departments and stakeholders, such as product management, quality, marketing, product engineering, and engineering.
Prepare and realize technical trainings for the sales team, distribution partners or directly at the customer.
Enable the sales team to provide advanced direct support to our customers and serve as the first point of contact for any technical questions related to the assigned product

Who we are looking for

University degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a similar discipline.
5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Experience in the field of sensors is beneficial.
Experience in the field of sensor technology and data acquisition advantageous
Experience in the field of electronic measurement technology and practiced handling of devices such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, source meters
Software skills – Altium Designer, LabVIEW, Python, Matlab valuable
Good presentation and communication skills
Fluent in English, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and global stakeholders

Step 2

Online application

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Phone interview

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
