Senior Specialist (d/m/f) Product Marketing

What we expect
- Independent and solely responsible administration of project teams and product introduction teams (PITs) under successful use of instruments such as project management, team guidance and Q gate process, in order to reach agreed financial and time wise goals. Product – accompanying measures until market introduction in coordination with sales dept.
- Execution from analyses of signal lighting applications, products and trends in the market and competition surrounding field for the development of innovative product ideas and for demand and capacity planning, as well as preparation, presentation and negotiation of management decisions
- Maintenance and creation of products, assortments, product literature/product information as well as preparation of guidelines to Sales for the optimization of the result situation ( e.g. Price guidelines)
- Regular development discussions as well as product and innovation training courses of the specialized divisions of the automotive customers. Support of own Sales, Customer service and Supply chain management e.g. by purposeful product training courses. Support of customer inquiries/ed consumer inquiries
- Creation and maintenance of GLIDE (global product identifier)
- Start, coordinate and monitor the approval process of New Product Requests for new products (ZNP workflow)
- Independent and solely responsible collection of technical product requirements in the automotive business field
- Determination of market trends by analyses. Compile and implement product suggestions in the context of the strategic objective
- Coordination with other OSRAM departments such as R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and others
Who we are looking for
- University education
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administration
- Previous experience with various databases
- At least basic experience with CoralDraw or similar program
- Active knowledge of English language
- Good technical skills (ability to work in several systems at once)
- Process orientation and analytical thinking
- Proactive approach to work
- Excellent communication skills
Monthly salary of 1.500€ gross fix package, plus yearly bonus related to success.
