Senior Manager_EDA_Design services &Support

What we expect
- Lead cross-functional EDA Team, design support activities coordinate project
- Ability to inspire and lead an EDA team within the ams-OSRAM Hyderabad product design team
- Professionally manage EDA projects, EDA CAD tools evaluations in the analog and digital design flow
- Maintain close co-operation with EDA team and product business lines as well as central EDA team
- Align with design, process and quality engineering to meet customer requirements
- Timely escalation of issues and risks to Management and take ownership to resolve issues
- Assertive and entrepreneurial mindset
Who we are looking for
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar
- At least 5 years’ experience in EDA, preferably in management positions
- Experience in SPICE simulation and Compact Modeling
- Experience in analog or digital EDA CAD tools.
- Experience in analog and digital CMOS PDKs.
- Experience in Analog or Digital Design of IC is welcome
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong organizational skills
- Team player/driver
- Proficient in English, written and verbal
