Deine Aufgaben
- Design digital architectures for ASIC, from Digital Top level to IP level architectures as per system requirements.
- Effectively use requirements management tool to document the ASIC, IP requirements being owned/designed by the engineer.
- Understand clock domain crossing, reset domain crossing, interface between digital and analog, Understand chip bootup sequence, analog modules behavior.
- Implement design from architectural to RTL coding using System Verilog.
- Setup and Perform LINT, Onespin checks using latest tools.
- Setup and Perform CDC, RDC, checks using latest tools or available tools.
- Setup and verify design implementation at high level of a block level or a system level design using block level test bench or existing top-level test bench respectively.
- Setup and run Synthesis for block level or chip level, scan insertion and ATPG generation. Should understand the synthesis constraints, understand timing, power, area, requirements.
- Work with Digital Verification team, to create test plan, code coverage analysis, help in digital and analog interconnectivity checks.
- Work with Analog, Test and Application team at each stage
- Should work with backend APR (PNR) engineers and Layout engineers to provide inputs of digital layout requirements. Also able to figure out timing analysis issues seen in STA.
- Handle projects design independently. Review the work done by juniors or design team on every project base.
- Mentoring/training to juniors, learn new concepts and contribute to growth of team. Handle internships. Create and patent new IPs.
- Technical communication with customer (and/or marketing) and other work-packages, including: presentation in design reviews, test requirements, interactive problem solving and customer communication under pressure
Wen wir suchen
- M.Tech/B.Tech in VLSI/Electronics/Electrical domain from IITs or RECs or reputed universities.
- Minimum 8 years’ and max 13 years’ experience in Digital IC Design ASIC development, with proficiency in system and block level designs in mixed signal chips.
- Experience of ARM CPU based design and AMBA bus architectures are added advantages.
- Must have experience working with analog interfaces likes ADC, Power management controls, filters etc. Experience on sensor device is preferred.
- Expertise in Architecture development and RTL coding. Creating ARM core platform, debugging, bootup logic/sequence techniques, Memory mapping etc. Must have experience in handling multiple clock domain.
- Strong knowledge and design experience of serial protocols like I2C, I3C, SPI etc.
- Automotive experience and a clear understanding of requirements management.
- Hands on experience in designer verification, synthesis, scan insertion, ATPG and timing analysis, early design analysis, CDC with industry standard tools like Xcelium, DC, Genus, Primetime, Tempus, Tetramax, spyglass, Questa. Proficient in scripting using make, perl, shell, Tcl, etc
- Must have experience in interacting with physical design team to complete timing closer and successful implementation.
- Should have excellent skills in documenting architecture, system and block designs. Experience of tools like Confluence, Jira etc added advantage.
