Principal Industrial Engineer

What we expect
- Lead comprehensive capacity planning to ensure alignment with business growth, customer demand, and production capabilities.
- Oversee the compilation and review of production plans, ensuring operational feasibility and strategic alignment.
- Foster a collaborative environment to engage diverse teams and build consensus for implementing high-impact initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional task forces, workshops, Kaizen events and plant strategies to address operational challenges and foster a culture of excellence.
- Lead and deliver impactful productivity improvement initiatives, generating substantial value-added cost savings.
- Design and implement strategic headcount modeling to balance workforce needs with productivity targets for exempt, IDL and DL employee for FEK site.
- Drive initiatives to improve headcount productivity, ensuring labor efficiency aligns with business objectives.
- Govern and monitor critical operational KPIs, ensuring alignment with performance targets and organizational goals and also provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with expertise in Lean governance, operational excellence, and workforce optimization.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and Lean methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with top management and influence decision-making at the highest levels.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent are more value-added.
- Advanced knowledge of project management, workforce optimization, productivity improvement, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
