GBS HR Business Partner

What we expect
- Defines the focus of HR initiatives to support the objectives of the organization's business and human capital strategies
- Develops, plans, organizes talent sourcing and recruitment activities
- Ensures sourcing, selection, hiring, onboarding and contracting of regional GBS Staff
- Controls and evaluates recruitment effectiveness on a regional level
- Drives people development and talent management to secure a highly motivated GBS organization with the required bench strength to compensate turnover on a regional level
- Ensures implementation of relevant HR processes and programs in line with relevant standards and guidelines (e.g. Objective Setting, Performance Management Process, OSRAM Management Review, Employee Engagement Survey, Career Paths)
- Ensures professional exit management and knowledge transfer
- Develops, plans and organizes learning & training activities and supports the delivery
- Controls and evaluates program effectiveness on a regional level
- Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develops and monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurtures a positive working environment (engagement activities, townhalls etc.)
- Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management
Who we are looking for
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree either in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Education, Law, Business Administration or Engineering (or equivalent relevant experience)
- With more than 5 years’s experience in Human Resources (Broad and In-depth knowledge of strategic and operational HR work) and minimum 3 years experience in knowledge management, learning, training
- Preferably a candidate with Shared Service Center experience, Project Transition, Process Management, Leadership and have experienced working with international clients from other countries
- Professional In-depth knowledge of customer and business requirements
- Ability to build and enhance productive working relationships with others
- Strong facilitation skills
- Ability to resolve issues
- Ability to deal with competing priorities
- A strong will to deliver excellent quality / service and continuously improve efficiency
- Interest to further build own skills for fields of responsibilities
