职位要求
- Conduct daily monitoring and inspection of the facility HVAC system, including Package Type Air Conditioners, Air Handling Units, Make-up Air Units, Room and Process Exhaust Systems, Ventilation System, and EPA Cleanroom Air Conditioning System—encompassing dust particle count testing, analysis, and ESD testing.
- Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance to each HVAC system of the facility
- Package type Air Conditioner operating condition and efficiency monitoring
- Refrigerant leak tracing, control system/circuit troubleshooting and repair
- Measurement of air flow, static pressure, temperature and relative humidity
- Testing and commissioning of newly installed HVAC equipment
