What we expect

Customer and team-oriented development of Test hardware for ATE tester platforms in the Test Hardware Development department and provide application & technical support to test engineering, test maintenance, test production, Probe card and Load board maintenance.
Involvement on all technical aspects of products in production and therefore being an integral part of the definition and development of future products.
Coordinate projects effectively with internal teams and external partners, demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Produces new ideas, approaches, or insights; creates innovative PCB designs; produces a range of solutions to problems and design challenges
Maintain high-quality standards through systematic and organized work; participate in customer/supplier technical meetings and ensure consistent achievement of project objectives.
Key contributor of given projects; inventions or new proposals to improve project technical outputs.
Applies detailed technical expertise; uses technology to achieve work objectives; develops job knowledge and expertise (theoretical and practical) through continual professional development

Who we are looking for

Bachelor / Degree in Electronics/Communications/Electrical/Computer Engineering Graduate
Several years’ experience in PCB assembly and layout software
Ability to perform substantially independent technical work
Can effectively cope with changes; can decide and act without total picture; isn’t upset when things are up in the air.
Good writing and speaking skills in English to communicate with global stakeholders.

Step 1

Step 2

Online application

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. In the application form, you only have to fill out a few fields and can upload important documents such as cover letter, resume or certificates. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as your application has been successfully saved in our applicant portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Step 3

Phone interview

If your profile is suitable for the advertised position, we will invite you to a telephone interview.

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
