- Ensure all equipment under the Test Floor operates efficiently, maintaining high Test and Vision Yields.
- Perform setup and buy-off of equipment prior to endorsement to production.
- Troubleshoot and repair test equipment within the Test Maintenance Department.
- Support upgrades and conversions for Test and Tape & Reel equipment, particularly on SRM handlers.
- Demonstrate knowledge and hands-on experience with Test, Tape & Reel equipment, preferably SRM models.
- Provide regular shift reports detailing daily activities, equipment downtimes, and corrective actions taken.
- Drive improvements in MUBA and UPH metrics for Test and Tape & Reel equipment.
- Prepare one-page reports for major downtime incidents, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, NPI, and other departments requiring maintenance support for Test, Tape & Reel equipment.
- Interpret and understand technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
