- Design, test, implement, and document quality solutions for our internal customers (interfaces, technical concepts for solutions, enhancements to existing solutions).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, test engineers, support groups) to gather requirements and deliver solutions or implement features
- Analysis of problems/failures during the whole software life cycle together with our key users and/or business partners.
- Work in teams and in a self-reliant manner, interacting with internal customers
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions
