What we expect

Assisting the manager in planning, organizing, and controlling production activities to meet the required targets/KPIs. Assessing the work performance of team members and identifying areas that need improvement
Real-time communication of issues affecting production KPIs to the support group to resolve the issues at an early stage.
Relying information between their team members and upper management, guiding them through daily work activities and monitoring their performance to ensure maximum productivity.
Prepares and generates reports as required by the superior.
Support the company in all key indices on its cost reduction through full the utilization of available materials
Conduct performance evaluations of subordinates.

Who we are looking for

College Graduate or Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a semiconductor company.
Expertise in leading Kaizen, CIP, Six Sigma, and other improvement initiatives, with strong knowledge of 8D, 5S, LEAN, 7QC tools, and Six Sigma methodologies.

First personal interview

The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
