职位要求
- Lead package design meeting customer requirement
- Create drawings and validate design concepts to determine the best product
- Lead technical risk assessment/brainstorming and design simulation of product/design ideas with relevant team members
- Work with cross functional team to create and test prototype to validate design.
- Liaise closely with Application Engineering team.
- Understand and incorporate LED packaging technology, reliability requirements and design guidelines into product designs.
- Lead investigation and analysis of technical issues and active involvement in implementation of solutions for design improvement.
- Molding Process knowledge will be added benefit
- Drive innovative and low capital cost measures to improve product process profitability.
