As part of IT Service Management team, we are looking for a student who will help to enhance the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
Are you curious about how large IT landscape is operated in a multinational company, supported by the ITSM platform?
Do you have strong work ethic and willingness to learn extensively about ITSM processes and tools?
Are you motivated and willing to go the extra mile to develop and improve the ITSM platform that benefits thousands of users?
If yes, then this internship is a good opportunity for you to get involved in:
- Design new processes, analyze and improve existing processes and ITSM solutions.
- Develop workflows and web portal UI in the ITSM platform (ServiceNow).
- Build automation solutions that connect across multiple IT applications.
