你的职责
Become part of our ENI Business Line – a dynamic division delivering innovative lighting solutions for entertainment and industrial applications worldwide. Our products are used in cinemas, industrial facilities, and other demanding environments where quality and precision are essential.
ENI is currently undergoing an exciting transformation: as part of a carve‑out, the Business Line is being established as an independent unit within the corporate structure of USHIO Inc. As the Head of Logistics Europe (d/m/f), this offers you a unique opportunity to actively shape this transition.
- Develop strategies and concepts for the European logistics network, including the design and implementation of innovative logistics strategies and solutions, promoting logistics digitalization, and advancing external partner management to support ENI’s overall mission.
- Manage operational partner relationships and oversee strategic partner accounts with annual revenues exceeding €5 million, including risk and opportunity identification.
- Lead a team of logistics professionals with a focus on performance coaching and developing key talent.
- Drive bottom‑up development in logistics; align with Business Units, and create organizational targets.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders (BU leaders, CFOs, SCMs, procurement, logistics service providers, customers, etc.); ensure clear communication with a focus on strategic approaches, KPI development, and problem identification/resolution.
- Oversee the annual inventory process across Europe.
- Lead the annual tender process for intercontinental sea and air freight providers.
