Your tasks

Job Description:

  • Operates equipment for production/processing operation.

  • Measures and check raw materials or parts to ensure products manufactured contain proper components, ingredients and quantities.

  • Monitors control ensure machinery is running at proper levels during process, reporting malfunctions.

  • Maintains records and manufacturing environment to comply with regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain 5S and safety standards across all work areas.

  • As a member of our Packaging team, you will directly impact the final step of production before
    going out to the market. This role is responsible for packaging the finished automotive headlight
    bulbs for delivery to our retail customers. You will contribute to:

  • Assembly, packing, weighing and labeling cartons for delivery, shipment, or storage.

  • Identifying correct labeling and documentation.

  • Inspecting final product and packaging to ensure they are not damaged

  • Following all company guidelines regarding packaging.

  • Handling inventory with care and attention to detail.

2nd shift Utility 2:45pm-11:15pm

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

$2.00 shift differential

$0.50 / hour raise after 6-month successful review

Who we are looking for

Qualifications:

  • No prior manufacturing experience required

  • Ability to prioritize

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment, and report equipment faults to the supervisor or team leader

  • Capable of performing physical activities that might involve one stooping, crouch, bending at waist, and lift to 25lbs.

This usually takes 5–10 minutes. As soon as your application has been saved, you will automatically receive a confirmation. We normally review your documents within about two weeks.

Once your application has been reviewed successfully, you will receive an invitation to your first virtual interview. It is usually attended by the hiring manager and the recruiter. The interview takes place via Microsoft Teams. The first interview takes place within one to two weeks after your documents have been reviewed.
