What we expect

Responsible for the immediate repair of Dicing Saw and Tape and Reel handlers.
Performed equipment conversion based on the SUS provided by Production and Planning.
Ensure all completed equipment conversion meet the required specs before release to production
Monitor equipment uptime performance, verifies the causes of downtime and ensure handler uptime within or above the target
Responsible in providing RCA and CAPA on all equipment related issues and downtime.
Support continuous improvement projects assigned by immediate superior and maintain 5S.

Who we are looking for

College-level education or any vocational/technical course in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical fields.
With Semiconductor Industry experience is advantage
Basic Technical Knowledge on Wafer Level Package equipment such as Dicing Saw and Die Taping machine.

Step 2

Online application

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
