Staff Engineer, RD Analog Design

What we expect
- Develop high performance analog / mixed-signal architectures & circuits from initial concept.
- Complete transistor level analog design of complex circuits, meeting block level design specification.
- Perform detailed design, simulation, verification and validation of integrated circuits in collaboration with other team members.
- Prepare documents required for design reviews, internal discussions, test requirements and design documentation
- Expertise with circuit simulations, including: PVT, Monte Carlo, mixed signal, modelling, optimization, etc.
- Creative problem solver, able to generate new IP and file patents
Who we are looking for
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or microelectronics
- Experience (at least 4+ years) in analog and mixed signal IC Design
- Strong knowledge in Cadence EDA Tools
- Strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design
- Experience is required in some or all of the following: low-noise, low-power analog circuits, oscillators, PLLs, ADCs, DACs, LED drivers, LDOs.
- Team player with excellent listening skills, ability to organize and prioritize work
- Good communication skills in oral and written English to liaise with internal or external stakeholders
