Senior Equipment technician / Associate Engineer (Testing)

What we expect
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime.Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery or plant upgrades.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements.Support the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.Read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintenance best practices.Participate in continuous improvement and other platform initiatives.Who we are looking for
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering Technology.Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in an industrial maintenance or technical support role.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, motors, PLCs, and control systems.Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand and power tools, and maintenance software (e.g., CMMS).Ability to work independently and respond to breakdowns quickly and efficiently.Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance logging systems.ams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
