Senior Engineer (ServiceNow Developer)

1. Application Development
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
- Customize ServiceNow workflows to meet business requirements using scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.).
- Develop automation or integrations with ServiceNow platform.

2. System Administration
- Manage ServiceNow system configurations and updates.
- Monitor platform health and resolve performance issues.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration and drive Continuous improvement
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ITSM, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge, etc.
- Identify and implement opportunities for system optimization and automation.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.

4. Testing, Deployment, Documentation and Training
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure seamless deployment of changes in the production environment.
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
