Production Supervisor - 3rd shift

What we expect
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision in our department on 3rd shift 11 PM -7 AM
- Collaborate closely with production personnel, managers, supervisors, and engineers across all 3 shifts to address concerns, resolve issues, and achieve key performance metrics
- Responsible for ensuring daily targets are met using proven managerial techniques
- Accountable for monitoring and tracking all daily production indicators
- Ability to complete additional tasks as assigned by management team
Who we are looking for
What we look for:
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline desirable
- Minimum of 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience with a proven track record of success in a similar production environment is a must
- Strong Knowledge of MS tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong decision-making skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential qualities for this position
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people development skills are essential for this position
