Your tasks
- Contribute to technology transfer, development and ramp-up
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (process integration, equipment engineering, quality, R&D)
- Develop and optimize CMOS process modules within wafer fabrication
- Lead and participate in structured problem-solving to identify root causes of process-related issues and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to understand process interactions
- Analyze experimental results and draw technical conclusions
- Coordinate activities across global engineering organizations
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed studies in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Several years of experience (~ 2-5 years) in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field
- Understanding of CMOS process flows, device basics, and fabrication methods (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition, implantation, metrology)
- Data-driven mindset with exposure to engineering and analysis tools
- Initial experience in coordinating or contributing to technical projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in international teams
- Proactive and ownership-driven attitude
- Fluency in English
