What we expect
Managing first-line support via the SNOW ticketing tool for employees facing issues related to training, systems, or access.
Handling ad hoc requests from the Global Learning & Training (L&T) Team concerning the SuccessFactors LMS.
Participating in biannual SAP system testing, including preparatory activities and community calls.
Supporting local SF LMS administrators and partnering with IT to drive system enhancements, testing, and clean-up initiatives.
Coordinating eCornell course processes, including registration, cancellations, communications, and purchase requisition bookings.
Supporting the delivery and administration of Leadership Development Programs in collaboration with the Global L&T Team.
Managing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in ARIBA on behalf of the Global L&T Team.
Preparing and analyzing training efficiency reports.
Evaluating training effectiveness through survey data analysis (Level 1 and Level 3 evaluations).
Creating and maintaining documentation such as Work Instructions and Click Guides for the SF LMS.
Identifying and contributing to process improvement opportunities to enhance learning operations.

Who we are looking for
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Training Specialist to support the implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives across the organization. This role involves managing learning systems, supporting global and local training programs, and ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees.
· Fluency in English (minimum B2 level);
· Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in HR, psychology, linguistics, business, or related fields;
· Excellent communication and organizational skills;
· Self-driven, meticulous, structured, and eager to learn;
· Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);
· Previous internship or entry-level experience in HR, or corporate environment will be considered an asset.
