What we expect
- Topic: Improving color consistency in photography using spectral ambient light sensors for automated white balancing
- Methods: Development and comparison of various algorithms for image optimization
- Objective: System optimization to enhance white balancing in camera images using spectral ambient light sensors and digital image processing

Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed studies (Master) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field
- Strong background in linear algebra, image processing, computer vision, and machine learning
- Experience with Python, MATLAB, or similar tools for data analysis and modeling
- Knowledge about camera systems, color science, or sensor technologies is a plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Fluent English language skills, German is an advantage
This doctoral thesis is being developed in collaboration with the University of Tampere (Finland).
