Deine Aufgaben
- Responsible for reliability daily operation which include Calla support, Solder paste printer, Pick and Place and Reflow Oven setup and operation based on standard test procedure.
- Supporting Engineer on engineering evaluation, new production qualification setup, data collection, monitoring and improvement.
- Perform daily process performance monitoring, reliability failure verification during operation, data and results analysis and update of test status.
- Perform installation, set up and commissioning for reliability equipment to support new product REL testing. To carry out chamber verification activities prior release reliability equipment for operation.
- To involve in the operation and safety of the laboratory and ensure all activities are carried out according to safety manual procedures that comply with standard.
- Involvement in continuous improvement of Reliability processes (Measurement & Visual Inspection) to support new product and reliability techniques and applications. Involvement in laboratory sustaining activities (ISO/IEC 17025).
