Test Development Staff/Senior Staff Engineer

What we expect

Lead / support in the development of new product testing solution from scratch to full machine buyoff for LED, microLED VCSEL with / without IC driver, to ensure product achieved desired robustness performance.
Transfer knowledge from oversea counterpart, buyoff and implement to local production, and responsible to provide technical advice/ support to product development production.
Able to work with product development team in test development area by fulfilling project gate/ milestone/ and cost. Participate in engineering sample, pre-series and ramp-up build to fulfill customer order.
Be initiatives in identify and implement continuous improvement for efficiency gain and quality improvement in product testing.
To ensure team readiness in test equipment road map that aligned with organization's product road map.

Who we are looking for

BSc/MSC Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic Engineering / Photonics / Physics / Test Engineering
min 2-3 year experience in the semiconductor field/ LED testing / CMOS testing
min 2-3 year experience in testing / characterization / automation / Process engineering knowledge in LED manufactoring process
Able to work in a team carry out the assign task independently
International exposure e.g. workshop with counterpart / attending conferences.
Advance knowledge experience inLED / sensor Product knowledge in the area of electronics and/or semiconductors, candidate with IC testing experience will be preferred
Advance knowledge experience inMeasurement Systems Analysis (MSA), satistical process control problem solving method
Good knowledge experience in Minitab, LabView, Python, Excel Macro Power Point
Clear communication presentation skill, Interpersonal skill
Creative open minded for new opinions and inputs

Step 1

Job search

Phone interview

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
