What we expect
-New equipment installation and debugging, coordinate with suppliers and after-sales engineers to complete equipment installation and debugging. Responsible for following up supplier's repairing, installation and improvement activities in production line.
-Repair major equipment failure, reduce downtime and deliver to normal production. Use data to summarize and analyze equipment failure causes, work out improvement measures, and continue monitoring.
-Master the way to query spare parts inventory and the process of receiving spare parts, analyze the causes of parts wear and damage, monitor the usage of spare parts and report the abnormal problems of spare parts to equipment engineers in time.
-Train and improve the skills of new technicians.
Who we are looking for
-College degree or above on electronics or electromechanical engineering.
-At least 3 years related industry experience
-QC seven techniques, SPC, failure mode analysis, etc.
-Proficient in office software
-Good problem-solving ability, integrity, initiative, independent problem-solving ability
