Technician, QM Failure Analysis

What we expect
- Conduct sample failure analysis such as customer complaints and reliability testing, identify the cause of failure, and prepare a failure analysis report.
- Assist engineers in handling calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of related equipment.
- Assist engineers in managing and inventorying samples, consumables, and other related tasks.
- Carry out daily work in accordance with the requirements of ISO17025 management system and keep good work records.
- Other tasks arranged by the supervisor.
Who we are looking for
- Major in electronic technology or related engineering, with a secondary vocational school or equivalent education.
- More than one year of experience in failure analysis, proficient in operating microscopes, source tables, X-rays, scanning electron microscopes, grinding machines, and other related equipment.
- Have a certain level of English proficiency and be able to produce failure analysis reports in English.
- Possess teamwork skills, good resilience, and a positive work attitude.
- If it involves special equipment, X-RAY and other special positions, one must hold a certificate according to regulatory requirements before taking up the post; If it involves chemical operation positions, basic knowledge of chemical safety is required.
