What we expect
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth for light module applications by ensuring appropriate product initiatives are in place
- Identify customer applications for light modules and target use cases to increase market share
- Qualify new business opportunities through networking and industry events
- Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team and customers including product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Conduct training sessions and lead tech shows with customers on product features and benefits
- Identify and understand the market/customer requirements and specifications, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account technical contacts
Who we are looking for
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in automotive lighting or business development roles
- Bachelor's degree (electrical engineering preferred)
- Solid technical background and understanding of the automotive lighting industry
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
