Staff Specialist, SC End to end Planning

What we expect

Responsibility for the End to End supply plan of assigned products
Provide network and detailed planning, analysis and verification
Customer order confirmation. Handling all the customer schedule pull in or push out
Monitoring and ensuring of customer delivery dates and on time delivery - DR
Drive handling of exceptions (manual planning, prioritization management, team coordination)
Supply plan projection and coordination with partners (Customer service, Division Operation, EDM, Material Buying, Logistics, Production)
Contributing to SCM continuous process improvements & SCM developing Projects

Who we are looking for

Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
5 years of experience in supply chain planning
Knowledge of planning-related systems (SAP CTM, SAP APO)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI)
Familiarity with the semiconductor industry
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal partners
Well-versed in English communication with internal and external stakeholders

Step 2

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
