Staff Specialist, HR Learning & Training

What we expect
- Develop and implement L&D strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis, design and deliver training programs, facilitate high-impact training sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Oversee the administration of the company’s LMS, ensuring accurate content management and reporting.
- Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure successful execution of events.
- Produce and manage content for internal/external communication channels, including social platforms, newsletters, intranet, and announcements.
- Support the audits on employee development and compliance matters.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, HR administration, and employee communication.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering high-impact training programs and events.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems, HRIS, and communication tools.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
