Staff Specialist, HR Compensation & Benefits

What we expect
- Coordinating international assignments.
- Administering employee data related to compensation and benefits.
- Preparing employee reports and documentation.
- Collaborating with external service providers, auditing and paying invoices, and overseeing the quality of provided services.
- Working with local HR departments and conducting training sessions on HR tools used.
- Ensuring a positive company image by providing high-quality services and maintaining good relationships with clients.
- Managing the email inbox of the global compensation and benefits team.
Who we are looking for
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written (B2/C1).
- Knowledge of German (B2) will be an additional advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Strong customer focus.
- Openness, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
