Staff Engineer, RD Application 1

What we expect
- Gather customer requirement and market demands from application side, generate input for product design
- Test and evaluate new products from application, providing suggestions for improvement to ensure they meet customer expectations and market needs.
- Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to conduct a new project from application perspective and monitor performance to ensure these targets are met while adopting the relevant procedures
- Assist product go-to-market, providing technical support, material and product knowledge for marketing
- Support design-in activities, providing technical support and demonstrations to win project contracts.
- Compose technical documentation and application notes to ensure customers fully understand and utilize the products.
- Generate joint report for product releasing
- Participate product seminars and technical lectures to enhance understanding of market satisfaction with the products.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, identify business potentials, and conduct business training.
Who we are looking for
- bachelor or above of electronic, physics, engineering or relevant field.
- Min.3 year experience on automotive headlamp or light source product as FAE or RD or PM. Experience on front lighting is a plus.
- Experienced with project handling, being able to independently handle marketing support, proposal writing, product demonstration etc.
- Familiar with automotive headlamp or light source product development and testing process. --A; Familiar with relative regulation and design guideline. --B; Coaching or demonstrating skill. --A
- Personality requirement: Self-motivated; Team inspirit; Good attitudes; Interpersonal skill
- Familiar with MS office
- Workable English
