What we expect
- Develop new conversion materials to fulfill LED target bin requirement including color, CRI, brightness and yield.
- Develop leadframe materials for product performance improvement in addition to qualify alternative material sources to improve product cost efficiency and supply risk mitigation.
- Participate in new product development as a material in addition to lead material trouble shooting. Train junior for the competency improvement regarding the test and analyze basic properties of conversion materials with relevant laboratory instruments, eg. fluoresce spectroscopy, Linus casting.
- Site key expert in conversion materials to define an excute the global material technical footprint. Chair the OSRAM global BAT meeting for conversion material technical sharing and synchronizing.
- Key member of global conversion material sourcing committee, global conversion material design expert and design guideline rules community.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor degree or above in Material/Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent.
- Minimun 8 years working experience in semiconductor for bachelor or minimun 3 years for master, outstanding PhD graduate is acceptable.Prefer with working experience in LED related industry.
- Familiar with data analysis software.
- Capable to communicate in English with global team.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work with stress and adapt to fast changes
