Staff Engineer, QM Advanced Product Quality

What we expect
- Take care wuxi Efficacy platform product, process and material development.
- Proactive involvement in quality issues related to New product Development, involving interaction with Product Development, Package Technology, Manufacturing; Customer Quality Management Locally and Globally (including Rbg, Wuxi, Penang) ；
- Govern, contribute, collaborate & support New Product Quality and Reliability processes: a) Upstream activities including Technical Risk Assessment, Requirement profile, Reliability Test requirement generation, Design FMEA , Process FMEA, Material Robustness, Design Robustness, Process Robustness, Lifetime Prediction；b) Pre-series activities including Test Run, Safe Launch, Debugging, Reliability monitoring plan setup. c) Customer quality support activities including Customer Complaint, Internal and external 8D, RMA, PPCM, Risk assessment, Special Clearance, Shipment Halt and Release.
- Responsible for New product Reliability Qualification, Evaluation, Robustness (including Material, Design, Process robustness and Interaction study)
- Review and govern quality detection control documentation readiness & changes for new products (Failure Catalog, Control Plan, OCAP, Work Instruction, Buildsheet). Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects to drive APQ operation excellence;
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor- / Master -degree in Physics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, material or equivalent;
- Min. 5 yrs of experience/ leading in several sub-functions in QM (APQ, PQE, SQE, QMS etc.) or working in different business segment/ technical functions in semiconductor industry.
- Optional : Min. 5 years of experience interfacing with several functions (eg R&D, AE, PM ..).
- Ability to work with international / intercultural team.
- Skills - Professional Knowledges; Semiconductor; Product & process; Robustness; Lifetime Prediction; Quality standards; - Methodic : Statistics; Reliability Engineering; Failure Analysis; Quality Tools.-Language : English skill level: 4 – Full Professional Proficiency. -Social Skills : Leadership; Written and verbal communication skills; Collaboration skills; Analytical skills; Presentation skills.
