What we expect

Responsible for RM and FG inventory management, execute inventory cycling count, annual stocktaking and support FG operation on demand.
Responsible for RM and FG GR and GI, on site operation supervision of shift performance ( including outsourced workers)
Responsible for RM warehouse complaints issue and take correction plan
Chemical RM warehouse operation supervision, including monitor daily operation and also collect required document according to regulation.
Post SAP system against GR /GI and coordinate with SCP /Pur/QC team for exceptional including shortage, damage, return to vendor.
Warehouse KPI data analysis and ABC management analysis of material/bin location for operation efficiency
Warehouse Operation process continuous improvement.
7s site management and warehouse equipment self-maintenance

Who we are looking for

College degree above (Knowledge in Logistics)
At least 3 years experiences in the field of warehouse operation.
SAP, Office tool, excel, PPT, etc.
English reading/writing
Warehouse operation experience for electronic material is preferred

From receiving your documents to acceptance: the application process

Step 1

Job search

You have found your desired position on our job board? On this page you will find a link at the end of the position description that will take you to our applicant portal. Step 2

Online application

You simply register on our applicant portal and receive access data with which you log in. In the application form, you only have to fill out a few fields and can upload important documents such as cover letter, resume or certificates. This usually takes 5 - 10 minutes. As soon as your application has been successfully saved in our applicant portal, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt. The individual review of your documents by HR and the department usually takes two to four weeks.

Phone interview

If your profile is suitable for the advertised position, we will invite you to a telephone interview.

Step 4

First personal interview

You have aroused our interest! Now we would like to get to know you personally and invite you to a first interview. In this interview, you will talk to your potential manager and the recruiter about your opportunities at ams OSRAM and your skills and professional experience. The time between the telephone interview and the first personal interview is usually one to two weeks.

Step 5

Second personal interview

If the first interview goes well for you and for us, you are on the shortlist. It is very likely that we will invite you to a further interview: Often there is a need for further clarification after the first interview, in terms of content or organization, which we can then discuss. The time span between the first and the second personal interview is usually two weeks.

Step 6

Starting out with us

We have reached an agreement and the contractual issues are settled? - Welcome to ams OSRAM! The time span between the second personal interview and the conclusion of the contract is usually one to two weeks.

Step 7

Onboarding

We look forward to welcoming you on your first day at work. With our onboarding measures we actively support you to quickly find your way in the ams OSRAM world. You will soon be able to concentrate fully on your new projects and tasks.
