Sr. Staff Engineer, RD Test Development

What we expect
- Provides consultation, guidance and work direction to colleagues and management and uses judgment to influence within and across functions to drive impact on the business/ function.
- Quickly develop strong understanding of immediate area of responsibility by actively participating in the multi-disciplinary area team, generate ideas, recommendations that improve results and incorporate new learnings and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Support high complex New Product Introductions by delivering assigned Process and Equipment solutions meeting or exceeding Quality and timeline targets.
- Supervising, coaching, managing and motivating department members on a day-to-day basis.
- Define department training matrix and the execution. Take few senior/ consultants role in site level, example: internal trainer, JIRA expert, Global Team Building Multiplier, etc.
- Assume Consultant/ Project Leader for supporting engineering or production on chronic issue and continuous improvement project.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor Degree or Master in Mechanical or Automation Engineering related Science and Engineering major
- Semiconductor backend testing field, Minimum 9 years working experience in Semiconductor Test Handler (e.g. turret, gravity, pick & place, etc.) and Device Process Control Flow
- Has developed resilient networking among peers and strives to expand them beyond functional and regional boundaries; Experience in provides consultation, guidance and work direction to others. Experience in cross functional project management
- Excellent Leadership capabilities; Excellent Creativity; Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills; Excellent Robust Analytical and Trouble Shooting Skills; Excellent Written Report and Presentation Skills; Excellent Self Continuous Learning behavior; IT skills: Microsoft Office 365 IT技能：Microsoft Office 365
- English Level: Skilled in Literacy, Listening and Speaking
