Sr. Staff Engineer

• Ensure resources (include Man, Material, Machine, Method, Facility etc.) are in place for the attainment of production objectives

Supervision of production cells to achieve quality KPI (FAR and Excursion cases)

• Analysis production line non-value add area and take actions to improve for cost down and productivity improvement
• Manpower and Material management to achieve productivity and turnover KPIs (e.g., Kaizen of production processes or production methods or cell layout improvements)
• Work center's 5S keeping and EHS site control and enhancement
• Identify opportunities and initiate continuous improvement projects to achieve improvements
• Conduct the production line audit to verify the qualified operator’s line operating performance
• Regularly communicate with team members, coach & motivate them to improve team cohesion

• College degree or above in Industrial Engineering, business administration is preferred;
• At least 8 years of manufacturing management experience in semiconductor or electronics industry;
• IE/lean production / 6 sigma expertise is preferred；
• Skilled spoken & written English for internal /external communication;
• Fluently use different version of office software;
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
