Shift Supervisor

What we expect
-Manage the production line to meet the requirements of quality, delivery time and cost.
-Manage and evaluate the production work and work discipline of employees, and ensure that the site complies with 6S standards.
-Ensure the rationality and accuracy of DM and IDM, and control the loss of raw materials.
-Have a strong sense of responsibility, be good at discovering problems on the production line and organizing employees to propose improvement plans.
-Provide support when assistant engineers and technicians are absent.
-Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Who we are looking for
- College degree or above.
- More than 3 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor on-site management.
