Senior Manager, SC End to end Planning

[General Team Manager Tasks]

• Represent his/her team 1st escalation contact for team members and main interfaces with upper management or cross functional stakeholders in terms of disruptions and improvement activities.

• Act as the deputy of SCP Head and voice out on behalf of the team when needed.

• Consolidation of functional and team related topics.

• SCP Taiwan/Philippine team management.

[Supervision of team tasks]

• Supervise customer order management responsibilities, such as ‘ensure demand fulfilment, early warning of supply disruption and order confirmation & processing’

• Supervise customer order management responsibilities based on E2E planning (demand validation, system parameter validation, order fulfilment including supply disruption exceptional handling coordination).

• Supervise additional roles and responsibilities assigned to team members. (E.g., process improvement initiatives).

• Project leading: Represent his/her team to involve key projects and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Initiate process excellence and optimization of his/her domain.

• Bridge between his/her team with stakeholders for key projects and process changes.

• Education in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering

• Relevant experience in SCM specific in Semiconductors industry.

• Excellent communication skill with all levels;

• Solid understanding of Supply Chain system is preferred;

• Proven track record in Supply Chain Improvement project and change management

• People management experience is must
