1. Bachelor or above in Electronic Engineering / Automation/ Computer Science/Opto related Science and Engineering major///
2. Minimum 5 years working experience, familiar with semiconductor vision system preferred (e.g. laser mark inspection, after wire & die bond inspection, package 2D/3D/6S inspection, in-tape inspection, automated optical inspection (AOI) and Device Process Control Flow; fresh graduated master with high capability is acceptable. 52D/3D/6SAOI; 2.
