Sales Excellence Manager (d/m/f) OEM & UK and Customer Service Support

What we expect
- Responsibility for supporting sales in the creation of the "demand plan" - revising, reviewing, fine-tuning the demand plan from and with sales (sales is responsible for the demand plan) so that a final demand plan is created
- Enable sales to prepare the demand plan using statistical data, customer data and external sources; gather customer and market insights (including risks and opportunities) from sales
- Preparation of reporting, KPI, dashboard from IBP to build trusted sparring's partner to management for the respective areas of responsibility (WEU, IKAM and Europe, later Elamea)
- Support Head of Sales Excellence with price management projects:
- Develop and manage pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market competitiveness
- Monitor market conditions, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to adjust pricing strategies as needed
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure alignment of pricing policies and practices
- Processing customer orders and delivery schedules into SAP (checking for queries any incoming electronic orders)
- Claims and credit management, tracking open items and invoice controls (e.g. forwarding and service provider invoices, customer charges)
- Return goods handling, processing complaints of a commercial and technical nature, agreement and coordination of exchange and special deliveries, express processing delivery with special trips
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, Supply Chain Management Planning, Product Planning and Sales Forecasting Know-How
- Strong project management skills and experience with cross functional projects; experience with agile project management (SCRUM) preferred
- Experience with SAP R3, SAP IBP, MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; intercultural experience required
- Good coordination and collaboration skills combined with affinity for numbers/tools, structured approach and way of working
- Fluency in English and Polish is a must; German is preferred
