Sales Engineer

What we expect
- Manage and strengthen relationships with trade channels, distributors, and customers to ensure effective product distribution
- Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to meet and exceed targets, Monthly or Quarterly.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce excess inventory, ensuring efficient product availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide market insights, support sales teams, and guide product offerings and sales initiatives.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with entertainment and lighting, semiconductor distributors, customers, end users, and retailers to foster strong business relationships.
- Ensure the timely collection of payments from customers, following up on outstanding invoices as necessary
Who we are looking for
- Candidate must have minimum 5-6 years of sales experience with professional company from Audio/ Visual or consumer durable industry
- Knowledge of Punjabi speaking is required to liase with customers.
- Pleasant personality with an excellent communication skills
- Degree in Engineering or related field. MBA qualification is a plus
- Prefer candidates who are willing to travel and cover the northern region.
