SCM Supply Planner Senior Specialist

A. Prepare build plan schedule
1. To prepare and review weekly build plan optimize with planning forecast number and customer order entry factor in capacity, loading matric and inventory checked.
2. To perform bin level planning matching with customer order requirement, WIP and build plan.
3. To ensure capacity availability for product ramp up, work with IE on capacity refer product mix requirement
4. To support engineering sample build and customer sample build.

B. Coordinate logistic chain
1. To coordinate in new material setup once informed by project leader.
2. To ensure in BOM creation.

C. Inventory management
1. Perform monthly inventory review.
2. Decide unhealthy inventory categories with actions. Review fallout inventory and schedule to production for retest.
3. For blocked RMA stock due to quality issue, follow up with Quality and Engineering team for disposition. If disposition granted for retest, schedule rework PO to production after alignment.

D. Operation issue
1. Constantly review WIP movement and FG supply status with line steering to ensure reliable FG commit.
2. Trigger early warning to SPC planners if insufficient FG supply towards customer commitment. Clarify urgent and escalation topic, provide promptly status update.
3. Coordinate new product ramp up activities, work closely with RnD, NPI Production team to provide reliable sample commitment. As a window contact to Launch Support Management (LSM) team.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply planning, production scheduling or related roles.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and understanding of production constraints.
• With 2-3 years of planning experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize line loading and enhance delivery performance.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
• Ability to adapt to change priorities, adjust schedules and plan based on unforeseen circumstances or changes in demand.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning tools end ERP system.
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft office for data analysis and reporting.
