R&D Product Engineering Senior Technician

What we expect
- Coordinate R&D activities such engineering build from assembly to testing.
- Perform & execute engineering run, gather required data and prepare report for analysis.
- Ability to handle assembly equipment eg: die attached, wire bond & testing.
- Responding and taking necessary actions to address issues during engineering build.
Who we are looking for
- Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- More than two years of working experience engineering/ semiconductor line.
- Highly organized, self-driven way of working & Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees.
- Beginner level for Microsoft office
