Quality Engineer

What we expect
- Lead the analysis of abnormal problems on the production site, organize review, follow-up improvement, check the implementation of solutions,
- Responsible for on-site control of raw materials, WIPs and finished products, and for monitoring production process and monthly stocktaking of inventory
- Responsible for the management of equipments, tooling and auxiliary tools in the production workshop, troubleshooting production safety hazards, and strictly implementing 5S management standard on the production site
- Lead the optimization of production path, completed the supervision of production quality control points, and improved the quality level and efficiency level in production
- Responsible for driving Lean and Continuous Cost Reduction in Production areas. Responsible for the full compliance to EHS regulations in Production areas
- Lead production team to achieve targets like prod. output, quality, cost, inventory control. Lead production team to implement Excellence Program like TPM, 6sigma and Lean Prod.
- Optimize front line leader structure, backup plan, personnel development plan of key position.Optimize the workers performance management system to empower people
- Set up and strengthen the communication system among workers for emotional care
- Manage equipment team to optimize the precise level of alignment machine, machine down time, maintains cost, etc. Push EHS jobs implemented in production group and prevent work injured happen, reduce the fire, explosion risk in production area
- Worker management enhancement to improve the employee satisfaction and reduce TOR .
Who we are looking for
- >1-year Production Manager experience or >3-year Production Supervisor experience
- Experience in multinational company manufacturing preferred
- Experience in lighting industry preferred
- Bachelor degree (or above)
- Major preferred in physical, mechanical or electrical field
- Good Internal and external communication skill, 3rd parties by phone call, memo, e-mail & meeting
- Good computer skill
- Fair command of English in writing, reading, speaking and listening
- Good sense of analysis
